This sake offers a full-bodied, slightly dry profile with a rich rice taste and umami! Made in a Nama Genshu style, which has the same characteristics of a great Chenin Blanc (think tons of texture and fruit meets a thrilling and mineral finish) 180ml – 17% ABV – Kusatsu City, Japan

Kurosawa Junmai Kimoto |25|

Kurosawa Sake, from the beautiful Nagano prefecture in Japan, has been brewed using the unique and traditional Kimoto process since 1858. The many steps of hand brewing ensure a clean, dry and distinctive taste in every bottle. Finally available in the United States, Kurosawa Sake is a great complement and excellent addition to any meal because of its smooth, clear taste! 300ml – 15% ABV – Nagano, Japan

Kurosawa Nigori Sake retains a visible level of rice sediments that enhance its body and texture. This sake’s fruity nose and creamy “umami” flavor make it an excellent complement to either spicy foods or desserts. 300ml – 8% ABV – Nagano, Japan

Creamy & coarsely filtered. Milky-white appearance hints at the characteristically full, smooth palate with notes of ripe banana, vanilla, melon, strawberry, & creamy sweet rice custard. 375ml – 15% ABV – Berkeley, California

Rihaku ‘Dreamy Clouds’ Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori |30|

Dreamy Clouds is quite special because its milling rate (Seimaibuai) of 59% technically qualifies it as Junmai Ginjo grade – a rare quality level for a nigori sake! It presents an opportunity for nigori drinkers to taste new styles of sake. This nigori is bright and lean in the mouth, unlike many nigoris, and the impact is chewy with sweet rice flavors intermingling with the nutty and slightly fruity characteristics. 300ml – 15% ABV – Choguku, Japan

Hakutsuru Sayuri Junmai Nigori |18|

Sayuri means “little lily” in Japanese, an apt name for this soft floral noted nigori. Hints of grape and elements of cherry blossom tie in seamlessly to create a lush creamy sake with a smooth finish. 300ml – 12.5% ABV – Hyogo Prefecture, Japan

Olga Raffault Chinon Rosé Loire, France 14|42

100% Cab Franc. Olga Raffault is one of those producers that has quietly shaped the story of Chinon. Their reds have earned a cult following, but their rosé is a hidden gem that deserves its own moment. It’s lean and dry, with sharp red berries, herbal lift and a mineral edge that could only come from limestone-rich soils.

Halozan Orange – Styria, Slovenia  13|42

Fresh and fruity with aromas of stone fruits, dried herbs and zesty notes of subtle graphite. Gentle tannins on the palate with fresh acidity and loads of exotic fruits. Halozan orange is an ode to the traditional local wines of Styria, as well as the ancient winemaking techniques of skin contact fermentation for white wines. This is an orange wine of the people, for the people, by the people!

Fresh and fruit forward. Aromas of pear, green melon and nectarine lead to oily palate with depth and complexity. Perfectly ripe grapes deliver a luscious wine that is balanced by bright acidity and inviting minerality!

Jolie-Laide Red 2022  – Healdsburg, California 50 – Staff favorite!

Delicate and lean, mineral-laden, cranberry scented with incense, tobacco, petrichor and black peppercorn. All components are fermented separately, partially carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas. 44% Trousseau Noir, 22% Gamay, 18% Valdiguié, 13% Cabernet Pfeffer, 3% Poulsard.

Familie Reinisch Pinot Noir – Thermenregion, Austria 14|42

Fruity aromas of red cherry and fresh berries lead to a medium-bodied palate full of fruit with silky tannins. Elegant and energetic, the perfect every day Pinot Noir! Majority large used Austrian oak casks from Stockinger with some older French casks.

Les Baux de Provence, ‘Mas de Gourgonnier’ – Provence, France 12|42

A full-bodied, well-balanced Provencal blend of Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache. Aromas of black fruits and dark roses. On the palate, flavors of spiced black cherries, plums, pepper and a hint of ginger!

Les Lunes ‘le Taf’ Cabernet Sauvingnon – Sonoma, California 12|40

Full-bodied with a firm structure, fresh acidity on the palate and a long full finish. The nose comes through with plush, dark fruit, followed by loads of cassis and cherry complemented with notes of leather and herbs.
